WashCheck - Pack of 100 Strips

Pharmalabel presents you the washing test.
The Washing test is a pre-prepared test for checking and monitoring the cleaning efficiency of washer/ disinfectors and ultrasonic cleaners under daily routine conditions. The test controls for blood residues on
surfaces.

The washing test consists of two components:

• Stainless Steel Metal Frame: holding the washing test card
• Test cardsin pack of 100

WashCheck Cleaning Efficiency Check for Washer Disinfectors and Ultrasonic Cleaners

In the QWS Validation System, WashCheck pack you should have:

1 x WashCheck Holder and 1x100 WashCheck Strips.

How to use:

1) Inset 1 x WashChecK strip into the Holder, in the direction of the arrow

2) The WashCheck is then placed in the Washer Disinfector or Ultrasonic Cleaner.

3) Operate the unit and at the end of the cycle remove the WashCheck Holder (This may be hot, so take care)

4) The removed WashCheck should have no residue of RED, so a clean white strip is a PASS

5) Date the Strip, and keep in your Log Book.

If the test fails, re-test, and on the second failure, de-commission the autoclave and contact your service engineer to investigate and validate the autoclave to specification.
